Adequate but with Issues

The shuttle service was inadequate. There were not enough seats available. This resulted in people cutting in line. I eventually had to take an Uber to the airport. This is unacceptable given the advertised shuttle service.

My room was great and they upgraded me to a suite, it included a fridge and stove. the blinds were effective. They fully blacked out the room. the room was also soundproof, so i didn't hear any airplanes. breakfast was really good and very good. the beds are very comfortable. the hotel has a thoughtful layout for comfort and convenience.

the heater wasn't working, considering it was winter time. i called the front desk multiple times for assistance but no one came to check. a male receptionist tried to fix the ac and heater but realized it was not working well. he stated he would check if a heater was available, but never came back nor gave me an update.

the room included a full kitchen, a large bathroom, and a spacious shower. there was a comfortable couch, a tv, internet access, and a work desk. everything felt new and very clean, i noted.

before leaving, they offered very excellent breakfast options, including on-the-spot prepared crepes with fruit. they also had fresh berry smoothies, in addition to the regular breakfast drink selections. the breakfast buffet was very good.

This location is very convenient. The hotel is a short walk to the airport. a free shuttle to the airport runs every half hour, it is very useful. the proximity to the airport makes travel easy.

The pool is open 24 hours, nice for late arrivals or early departures. the gym is small but well-equipped. I found everything i needed there. the pool and hot tub are very nice.

the room had good space. a complete kitchen existed minus an oven. it also had a big modern bathroom and open floor space, so i like it. the hotel shuttle runs to the airport and it was on time. the room decor showed a clean mid-century modern design. staff were friendly and helpfull.
